Below are the terms under which JUSPROJECT d.o.o. sells all products. By placing an order, The customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products

Every care has been taken to ensure that all product colors are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing however JUS project cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors in this information. There may be small discrepancies in the size or color of the products supplied. Accuracy of colors and color charts is not guaranteed because each computer displays colors in slightly different ways. All products which appear on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable and if or when they will be available again.

Copyright

All gifs/illustrations of the objects shown on the posters in the online store are the original works of the authors Darko Miladinović and Marko Miladinović and are thus made by hand and with the help of Adobe Illustrator® software. In accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act, reproduction, photocopying, printing, distribution, processing or other use of copyrighted works or their parts is prohibited without the written permission of the authors.

Payment

The order can be paid by credit/debit card or Paypal. If none of the available payment methods suit you, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative payment options. We accept the following cards: Visa and Mastercard. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to JUSPROJECT d.o.o., JUSPROJECT d.o.o.is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by the customer and received by JUSPROJECT d.o.o.. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise. Risk of damage to merchandise transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Order confirmation

After placing an order, the customer will receive the order confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of the customers order. This is confirmation that the JUS project has received the order which will then be processed. The customer will receive a further email containing dispatch information, where the order will be delivered to the customer's delivery address. 

Order Cancellation and Returns

1. Right to Cancel an Order

The customer has the right to cancel an order and return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason for their decision.

2. Return Conditions

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same quantity, unless the goods were damaged, destroyed, lost, or their quantity was reduced without the customer’s fault.

3. Return Procedure

If the customer wishes to exercise their right to cancel or return an order, they must:

• Return the goods within 10 days of sending the cancellation notice to the following address:

4. Exchanges and Refunds

If the goods are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, they will be:

• Exchanged for the same item (subject to availability) OR
• Fully refunded if the item is unavailable.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, we will not refund:

• Items that are not returned in their original packaging.
• Items that have been used or damaged due to customer handling.

5. Refunds for Faulty Products

Faulty products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.

Prices

All prices are shown in Euros. All packaging and postage charges are not included in item price and will be added to your shopping cart. JUS project reserves the right to change the contents and/or price and/or delivery charges of any goods at any time without prior notification. 

Promotions and discounts

Discounts are not cumulative and do not apply to products that are already on sale. 

Pre-Order Information

For pre-order items, we will dispatch the products to your selected address within the timeframe specified during the pre-order process.

In case of purchasing an additional item alongside the product subject to pre-order, the entire shipment of all ordered items will be delivered at once. This will occur either when the pre-order product is ready for delivery or within the timeframe indicated during the pre-order process.

Color disclaimer

Despite our efforts to accurately display our products through the images in our online store, it should be noted that color variations may occur, which means that the actual colors of the products may differ from what is shown on the screen. This happens due to factors such as display settings and lighting conditions.

Shipping Costs

Packages are sent by GLS courier service. You can read the exact amount of delivery for each country in the SHIPPING tab.

Free Shipping

• For all orders over €100 (applies to Slovenia). 

Delivery Time

It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order before handing it over to the selected courier for delivery.

• 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS – GLS courier

During the holiday season (November, December), delivery times may be longer than stated. Orders will be shipped via GLS. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, JUS project is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking 

All packages have the possibility of tracking. Tracking information will be sent to you by GLS in a separate email when your order is being processed. 

Damaged delivery 

We apologize if you have received a product that is in anything other than pristine condition. Even if things may not always go as we hoped, we will do our best to provide a quick and easy solution. Make sure to keep all damaged items and packaging until instructed otherwise. For further instructions write us an email at hello@jusproject.com, where you must include your order number. 

Personal Pickup 

If you choose to pick up your order in person, you will receive a notification via email and SMS once your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be waiting for you at the company headquarters:

Orders can be picked up at our pickup location on weekdays, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

If you do not pick up your order within 5 business days after the first notification, we will send you a friendly reminder with a new deadline. If the order is not picked up by the specified deadline, we will assume that you no longer need it and cancel the order.

Privacy policy

We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy. Your privacy and the security of your personal information is our priority. JUS project is committed to protecting your privacy and follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information you provide, as required by the EU Data Protection Act. When you place an order, you are required to provide JUSPROJECT d.o.o. with some personal details:

• Your name
• Address
• E-mail address
• Credit/debit card details (for security these are not kept on file for future purchases).

If you register your e-mail with JUS project for new product updates, your e-mail address will be kept safe on our database and, once again, it will never be disclosed to any third parties, except where it is part of providing a service to you. You have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from www.jusproject.com by sending an email to hello@jusproject.com stating STOP in subject line.
