A design surplus conceived and designed in 1956 by architect and designer Niko Kralj, who ranks among world-famous industrial design legends such as Charles and Ray Eames and Alvar Aalto. In those days, the Rex line symbolized domestic industrial design and achieved numerous international awards and recognitions. As proof of its excellence, the Rex armchair is included in the permanent collection of the MOMA Museum of Contemporary Art in New York, the Danish Design Museum (Designmuseum Danmark), and the Museumsquartier in Vienna.
